DureX maintains an environmentally friendly 700 foot, automated, 5 stage washer/degreaser system with iron-phosphate prior to Powder Coating. Our system has the capacity to powder coat thousands of parts per hour.

DureX can match colors in either Smooth, Textured, Glossy or Flat finishes.
If applicable, custom masking solutions are developed to provide the customer potential design alternatives and cost reductions. The end result is a top quality product utilizing a cost competitive method of finishing.

In addition, all parts finished at DureX utilize The Adjust-A-Rack racking system. This highly customizable racking system was designed, engineered and patented by DureX to maximize the efficiency of our paint line.
